On-call service

It consists in intervening within a predetermined period on a defective installation, in order to maintain an optimal level of operation before the final corrective action.

DEF ensures corrective maintenance 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, within 2, 4, 8, 24 or 48 hours after the call, depending on the severity of the failure and the nature of the maintenance contract.
